SHIPPING
We know you want your gear fast! Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day from our New York warehouse. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be shipped the following business day.
From the moment you click “Order,” the total delivery time is typically 3-7 business days.
Processing: Same day (if ordered before 2 PM).
Transit: 3-7 business days depending on your distance from our New York facility.
Every Smokiva tumbler is sent directly from our New York, USA Warehouse (Warehouse 3). No long waits for overseas shipping—just fast, local fulfillment.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Smokiva, we take pride in our custom-crafted products.
Damaged/Defective Items: If your tumbler arrives damaged or has a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Change of Mind: Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for changes of mind or incorrect player/design selection once the item has been printed.
We stand behind our quality. If you experience any functional issues (like loss of vacuum insulation), please reach out to our support team. We offer a 90-day quality guarantee on all our drinkware.
Simply email our support team with your Order Number and a brief description (plus photos for damaged items). We will process your request within 24-48 hours.
